Snappy-Sites, using Verotel as a billing provider, grants access to the site and its materials upon purchase of a membership.

BILLING

  • Billing is processed by Verotel. Subscribers will be notified of the billing descriptor that will appear on their credit card or bank statement.
  • If additional services are purchased, the statement will reflect those charges.

PAYMENT / FEE

  • Subscriptions may include recurring fees starting from the initial membership enrollment.
  • Subscribers are responsible for these fees as outlined in this Agreement.

AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING (If Selected)

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the initial term unless canceled by the Subscriber.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Verotel to charge your payment method for ongoing subscription fees and additional purchases.
  • In case of failed payment, retries will occur for up to one month, with an administration fee of up to $3.00 applied.

ELECTRONIC RECEIPT

  • Subscribers will receive an email receipt upon initial subscription.
  • Requests for charge records must be made directly through customer support.

CANCELLATION

  • Either the site or the Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time.
  • Subscribers remain liable for any charges incurred up to the date of cancellation.
  • For cancellations or billing inquiries, contact Verotel.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds may be requested through customer support.
  • Refunds or credits for partially used memberships are not guaranteed.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

CARDHOLDER DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS

  • Chargebacks will be reviewed thoroughly. Accounts with unwarranted chargebacks may face restrictions.
  • Fraudulent claims will be reported to protect against future unauthorized charges.

AUTHORIZATION OF USE

  • Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
  • Unauthorized access or sharing of login credentials constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination.

SANCTION AND APPROVAL OF ADULT MATERIAL

  • This site contains adult material. Access is restricted to individuals over 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

ABUSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST

  • To report content that is abusive or illegal, complete the form provided on the site.

SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Additional terms on the site complement this Agreement and are equally binding.

SEVERABILITY

  • If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

NOTICE

  • Notices to the site must be submitted via email, phone, or mail.

DISCLAIMER

  • The site is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • Subscribers assume responsibility for ensuring their use of the internet and the site complies with their local laws and regulations.
